You know as well as anyone else that you're capable of doing everything better.
It starts, naturally, with your health. Living well, living with a healthy lifestyle and diet.
These are the foundations upon which to expand JFK's comments about a healthy mind and body.
In pursuit of urging more citizens to puruse good health, he reminded us of what we all need to know,
that individuals are quite unlikely to maintain a healthy mind when you're not maintaining a healthy body.
Greatest health shortcut of the day: Take more deep breaths, which probably does NOT mean what you think it does.
Taking more deep breaths is the second half of this critical equation that dramatically boosts your brain and its functions.
The first and technically more important part is the most thorough exhalation before inhaling: complete respiration.
To complete any cycle, such as the cycle of respiration, both halves of the cycle must be accomplished, correct?
With the breathing cycle, that means fully pushing out all of the filthy, disgusting toxins now in your lungs.
When you think you've pushed all your air out, that you've fully emptied your lunks, think again.
you still have a good two quarts of air down in your lungs, urgently in need of exchange.
Bend your knees if necessary: push all and all and all of the air out of your lungs.
NOW you are ready to take a deep breath, and hold it for just a second or so.
No one's urging you to begin hyperventilating like a pregnant hyena.
You are urged to fully empty your lungs and then refill them,
at least ten to twenty times per day every day, forever.
You will not only be ridding yourself of these toxins:
you'll be multiplying your rate of de-toxification.
Your mind actually works better, immediately.
